For Sports Betting, the decision of Finebet's odds department is final. For casino games, the game provider's rules apply. Finebet reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Finebet platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system — such as registering under multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities through unfair methods or placing bets using automated software.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Registering with false information or fake identification.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a game.
